“Yoga begins in the mind—through breath, movement, and awareness, we cultivate the vessel for a deeper life.”
Hello, I’m Satty VerbArt, based in Amersfoort. I share my passion for yoga, mindfulness, and depth-work to help you experience transformation—not just on the mat, but in the very fabric of your everyday life.
The Journey to Presence: I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago, initially seeking a way to stay grounded amidst the stress of work and home life. Over time, I discovered that yoga’s true power isn’t found in perfect poses, but in the silence between them. It is about stilling the mind to hear what the body is actually saying.
My Foundation: My approach is informed by a blend of classical training and modern mindfulness. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course, and earned a 200-hour Yoga Alliance qualification in Integrated Yoga and Mindfulness with Hugh Poulton.
From Movement to Meaning: In my sessions, we balance dynamic movement and deep stretching with stillness and meditation. However, I believe that the physical body is often the gateway to our deeper “inner architecture.”
Because our mental states are profoundly expressed through our physiology, yoga can often stir deeper questions regarding our patterns, our roles, and our transitions in life. To support this, my work extends into Jungian-based depth coaching through my practice at Dynamic-Coaching. Whether we are working on the mat or in a coaching dialogue, my goal is to help you recognize the underlying dynamics of your life and transform that insight into embodied action.
As Rumi beautifully said: “The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.”
In the quiet of a session, we create the space to hear what matters most.
